The Rise and Fall of Bimbo Dreams

Bimbo Dreams

Bimbo Dreams was the most ambitious sim I have ever visited in Second Life. If it reached even a fraction of its potential, it would have been the best bimbo sim of all times. Bimbo Dreams was the first hot spot I recommended to readers at the beginning of my journey. I got to know the owner and worked to make her dreams a reality. And then one day, it all vanished. The dream was over. Months later, people are still wondering what happened.

Today, I’m going to tell you.

Bimbo Dreamer

I am not going to name the owner of Bimbo Dreams by name. She appears to have left Second Life. Maybe she’ll come back. Maybe she won’t. She’s not here to state her case, so it wouldn’t be fair to name her. Instead, I’m going to refer to her as Ceecee. Ceecee believed in the bimbo cause. She wasn’t just looking to open a sim. She wanted to start a bimbo revolution. Ceecee was the most ambitious bimbo I’ve ever met.

Ceecee had been in Second Life for quite a while. She talked about leaders of the bimbo community. Some I knew. Some predated me. Ceecee really believed in her bimbo dreams. She thought that with enough perseverance, she could create a cultural shift that would ripple through Second Life. Ceecee wasn’t just looking for bimbo acceptance. Her true goal was bimbo domination. A virtual world full of busty sluts. Nothing less would suffice.

To that end, Ceecee created the Bimbo Dreams sim, several in-world groups and a Discord channel. She really didn’t understand Discord. Someone else ran it for her. But she was smart enough to accept the help spreading the word of her mission. Bimbo Dreams wasn’t just one thing. It would have included something for everyone who loves bimbo culture.

Ceecee had ideas that seemed impossible. I had no expectation that most of them would land. She was setting up her own currency! The sim included a bank. There was a vault. I visited it as the details were being worked out. She was considering me as one of the exclusive board members for whatever the bank would have been. I told Darden about the idea. She wondered if such a thing was even allowed. She was concerned about the Second Life terms of service. Probably not. And I doubt CeeCee cared about such things.

There was an office for BimboTech. This was a service for bimbos who wanted help with upgrading their avatars. Ceecee was also starting a breeding program. I don’t know how much demand exists for something like that. However, guys sure do mention it a lot. Ceecee had a store that sold her own creations. She was very adept at creating unique bimbo outfits. If she wanted to, she could have run a successful store.

My favorite part of Bimbo Dreams was the Glitter Club. It wasn’t all that different from other hangouts like the late Bimbo Playhouse. The club was open with luxurious decor. There was room for dance parties. Stripper poles. Furniture for lounging and more. It wasn’t going to be a brothel, but tip jars were allowed. Anyone who wanted to was allowed to solicit sex work. It could have been glorious.

Bimbo Dreams Die

For a while, I was hanging out at Bimbo Dreams on a daily basis. There wasn’t much traffic there, but I was doing my part to change that. I had a dedicated pedestal in the center of the sim where I greeted guests. Ceecee even had a system for visitors to earn a base income just by logging in. I wasn’t making any kind of money there. That wasn’t the point. I wanted to support the mission.

Then one day, I logged into Second Life and was notified that Ceecee had removed me from her groups. I was stunned. Had I done something wrong? I reached out and asked her if something was wrong. Ceecee informed me she was closing the sim and ending all of the groups associated with it.

Why? Well, it turns out it had nothing to do with Second Life. Ceecee created a lot of bimbo art using AI. Some of it got used in world. Most of it was posted at Deviant Art. Pregnancy was a common theme in her work. Not surprising given she was starting a bimbo breeding program. One image got her banned from Deviant Art and Ceecee was incensed.

I saw the image in question. It was hentai-adjacent. I mean, you’ve seen this kind of thing online I bet. There was a very pregnant bimbo. She seemed to be in distress. There was something inside her which seemed to be responsible for the pregnancy. It’s a kink. I don’t shame. But the girl in this image had a youngish face. Deviant Art thought it crossed a line and they banned Ceecee’s account.

I won’t weigh in on the merits of the picture or the banning. I’ve seen pictures like this before. It’s not something I would have posted. I suspect the ban would have been reversed if Ceecee promised to play nice. But I don’t know. Maybe she had received warnings before. Ceecee was threatening to sue which didn’t sound like a great idea to me.

What did this have to do with Second Life? I don’t know. In Ceeccee’s mind, everything she was planning went up in flames. With very little notice, she deleted Bimbo Dreams and disappeared. I came to find out later, she had done this once before. Creatives can be like that. Temperamental. I liked her a lot and was willing to help make her dreams come true. But I realized pretty quickly that she was… different. I don’t want to say “unstable” because I barely knew her. But I won’t argue if anyone else wants to characterize her that way.

The Dream Lives On

The main group Ceecee created for Bimbo Dreams didn’t get deleted. There are still a lot of bimbos and bimbo lovers there. I would like to redirect these people to other sims that can provide some of the things Bimbo Dreams promised. I was encouraging people to check out Bimbo Playhouse before it met a similar fate. Now I’m setting up shop at SL Baddies.

The Baddies will be celebrating their one-year anniversary this Sunday! Drop by and check it out if you’re free.
